"Foundations" StarWisdom
Course Overview
If you've studied Astrology before (on your own or
with me), you'll learn to see everything you know in
a new light!
Course Description:
This is a beginning level class, that
requires no previous study. Those with
experience will also find much to engage them.
We will be focused upon building an
embodied awareness of the solar system & cosmos in
the body, which (I promise you!) will open up deeper
truths that go beyond the information presented in
class.
Along
with a cultivation of your own direct connection to
the star
constellations, planets and beings, we
will focus upon your own Birth Chart, with a
Sidereal Chart included in the course tuition.
You will also be able to request other charts
throughout the course.
At the end of this course, you will be able to
* recognize astrological symbols for planets and
constellations
* identify specifics in your own chart (and the
charts of loved ones)
* understand how a chart is constructed (e.g.
the reality of
a chart)
* understand what transits are and how they
impact you
* know how to
contact and connect with star beings
* know how to tend a personal star portal for deeper
understanding.
* understand how your soul map (the chart)
applies to your 'here & now'
Technological Details:
This Foundations Course consists of 6
audio/video
lessons, varying in length from an hour to 90
minutes. Each week, the current class audio & video
is
available online for your viewing, along with a
scheduled conference call for students to ask
questions and clarify content.
With
weekly handouts and videos available right on the
internet, it is self paced - and while we think the
once a week Conference Call will greatly enhance
your learning, it is optional, adding to the
flexibility of the course.

Dates, Flow & Content:
Class 1
(week of August 2nd) - A demonstration of the
Sidereal and Tropical zodiacs ~ how they differ and
why we'll follow the Sidereal path. Also, the
"Reality of the Chart" and symbols of the chart.
Class 2
(week of
August 9th)- The Houses, Turbulence &
Themes in a Chart
Class 3 (week of
August 16th)- Planetary meditation,
"Planets & Their Themes"
Class 4
(week of
August 23rd)- Stellar meditation,
"Constellations & Their Themes"
Class 5 (week of
August 30th)- Aspects and Transits
Class 6 (week of
September 6th)- Chart Reading together -
wrapping up our work thus far, and presenting
Advanced Themes
Conference
Call:
Each week's 45 minute
conference call will be on that Thursday evening, 8
- 8:45 pm EDT (7 - 7:45pm CDT, 6 -6 :45pm MDT, 5 -
5:45pm PDT)
Tuition:
$180 for the course ~ checks & credit cards
